As the Co-Founder of Two Continents Group, Cristina Racovita has played an important role in the company’s development and has supported Andrei in bringing their shared vision to life.
Having lived in Dubai for more than 12 years, Cristina has extensive experience in tourism, hospitality, human resources, and people development. She has been closely involved in developing the group’s Tourism and Holiday Homes divisions, while also helping build strong teams and a positive company culture.
Alongside her work within Two Continents Group, Cristina followed her passion for fragrance and created her own perfume brand, Khalifi Perfumes. Her creativity, leadership, and commitment to people continue to contribute to the growth and identity of the group.
