Can foreigners buy at Shahrukhz Residences?
Non-UAE nationals can buy property in Dubai in the areas open to foreign ownership. We confirm the ownership and title terms for this project and send them to you with the brochure, so you know exactly what you are buying.
Do I need to be in Dubai to buy?
No. Most of the process can be handled remotely, from reservation to signing the sales and purchase agreement. We guide you through every document. If you prefer to come, we organise the meetings for you.
How does the payment plan work?
It is a 30/70 plan: 10% as a down payment within 21 days of booking, 10% two months after booking, 5% at ten months, 5% at eighteen months and 70% on handover in December 2029.
What is an EOI?
An expression of interest lets you secure priority allocation of units with the developer before booking. We explain the amount and the terms for your residence type before you pay anything.
Can owning here qualify me for a Golden Visa?
Property worth AED 2 million or more can qualify an owner for the UAE 10-year Golden Visa, subject to the rules in force when you apply. We check which residences meet the threshold and can coordinate the application.
When is the handover?
The developer's current handover date is Q4 2029. We follow construction progress with Danube and keep you updated.
