Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti brings the brand's design philosophy, Sensual Purity, into a residential hyper-tower. Intelligence and emotion, glamour and simplicity, in a silhouette you will recognise from anywhere in the city. Even the three-pointed star on the rear fa莽ade has a job: it is built with photovoltaic panels that power the tower's electric car charging.

Yes. The project is freehold, which means international buyers can own their residence outright, with the title registered with the Dubai Land Department.
Do I need to be in Dubai to buy?
No. Most of the process can be handled remotely, from reservation to signing the sales and purchase agreement. We guide you through every document. If you prefer to come, we organise the meetings for you.
How does the payment plan work?
Binghatti offers flexible payment plans on this project, and the terms can be negotiated with the developer. Tell us how you want to structure the purchase and we present the options available for your residence.
Can owning here qualify me for a Golden Visa?
